Add a TXT record at Google Cloud DNS

Where: Google Cloud console → Network services → Cloud DNS → your zone

Steps

1. Click Add standard.
2. DNS name: _dmarc (the zone name is added).
3. Resource record type: TXT.
4. TXT data: paste the record.
5. Create.

Watch for

• Put each quoted string on its own line if the value is long.

Screens change from time to time; if yours differs, Google Cloud DNS’s own help is the authority. When the record is in, check it with the DMARC checker; DNS changes can take a few minutes to appear.
