Questions

Does "no warning signs" mean a link is safe?

No. It means none of the common tricks was found. New phishing sites often look clean, so if a message is unexpected, go to the site by typing its address yourself.

Does it open the page?

No. It asks the server where the link leads (a header-only request) and never loads or runs the page.

Is the link stored?

No. It is checked for this request and thrown away.
