How do I get the headers?
In Gmail: open the message, the three-dot menu, "Show original". In Outlook: File, Properties, "Internet headers". In Apple Mail: View, Message, All Headers.
Is it safe to paste headers here?
Headers contain addresses and server names but not the message text. We process them for this request only and do not store them.
